We have advanced beyond the age of politics and economics. In the world today, there are no nations or governments. This is truly a new world, one based on reason, science, and self interest. Never before have individuals known such freedom.
However, the past is not so distant. Humanity could easily be seduced by laziness, mediocrity, altruism, and collectivism in general. So, like the myth of the metals, we have our own myths.
We have our own religion. It keeps the order. It preserves this nearly perfect world.
Bambi Engel is the character of the month. Bambi works for Global Bank, as an accountant, but is often busy with other projects given to her by Annette Rosenthal. She works hard and tries to prove herself as a capable member of Global Bank. Her biggest challenges are working for the her grumpy, perfectionist boss, Annette Rosenthal, and, trying to figure out Peter "Levitas" Barack. The person who plays this character does an excellent job writing long, well thought out posts and has been a member since the Red Infinity RPG. Good job!

Just as Calithin says this, a fan coughs on Calithin. Dinari just laughs a little, then pushes through the crowd so that they can make their way to Dinari's residence. Had Dinari been thinking, he would have teleported closer to his home, but, at least it is only several blocks to walk. Dinari doesn't mind, since he likes to see people and it boosts his ego to have people mob him.
He does however wish that Peter or another staff person was there to dispel the crowd.
"Do you want to go to my place or right to the factory that's been having problems?" Dinari asks.

Tahlia laughs nervously.

"Oh, you are on television?" Bonifaz asks curiously. He figures that it could be useful to the anarchists or even the nihilists to have access to the media. He folds his arms behind his back and leans back on his heels a little as he considers the possibilities.
"He's a small person...who doesn't appreciate much...I imagine. His world is small, his mind is small...his world view is very limiting." Bonifaz says of sleeping Armin.

((Wow, where did this spike of activity come from?))
The ice elemental continued to lay waste to it's surroundings, freezing entire groups of people and even the fronts of surrounding buildings as manalist soldiers fought back, not really causing much damage to the nearly completely ice based creature. Suddenly, it looks up at the sound of flapping wings to see a dragon flying toward it. It lets out a shrill and defiant howl in response, releasing a breath of below sub-zero temperature at the dragon...
Haakon however used the chaos this caused and hooked his arm around The Speaker's neck, his sword's blade at her throat as he whispered in her ear, "If you value your life then do not resist me..." he whispered as he guided her away from the resulting chaos. Finding a nice place, Haakon then muttered something under his breath and teleported them out of Rome entirely.
((If there is a problem, feel free to PM me and I'll change it))
Amelia was examining the artistic qualities of the teleportation booth she was standing nearby when approached by Akira. She quickly turned around and "felt" relieved when it was Akira and not Chaos. She recognized Akira as a fellow Creditor, but not one that she had ever met. For a moment, she thought he might be still working for Global Bank, but, he appeared to not be functioning quite right. He also seemed to be an older model. In fact, she had never seen a Creditor like him before.
"Aren't you supposed to be out of commission?" She asks the fellow machine, perhaps a little rudely, but, it is the first question that comes to mind when seeing him.
She eyes him cautiously, since she is uncertain if she should regard him as a friend or foe.
Akira jolted slightly, his eyes flickering on and off for a moment before he promptly replied, "No, I am a vastly superior model and it is ILLOGICAL to dispose of m-m-m-m-m-m-m-me!" Akira replied, his voice reaching a high pitch once. He had not forgotten the ice elemental that was rampaging nearby, completely focused on Amelia right now. "You... Am-am-Amelia?" Akira inquired with a stutter. Global Bank did have records of all active Creditors... or atleast last he knew.

I listen to the conversation between Bonifaz and the girl. I have decided that I will never fall asleep with other people in the room, since they just say bad things about you while you rest... Apparently.
"Hmm..."
I go over to where Armin is and take a pen out of my pocket, then proceed to draw on him. I try to not press down too hard with the pen, so as to not wake him up, but even if he did wake up... I don't really care. What's he going to do? So I continue to silently go about the business of doodling deranged little cartoonish monsters on his arms and face in black ink.
When I see a pretty girl walking down the street, I think two things. One part of me wants to take her out-- talk to her, treat her right. And the other part of me wonders what her head would look like on a stick.

I knew I should have integrated a pocket square into my outfit today! Then I would have had something to wipe myself off with after that cough... Ugh. Oh well. I'll just eat some oranges later. We are in Florida and oranges ward off illness, I'm pretty sure.
"I think we should go to the factory... What are we going to find out at your house? That you have bad decorative taste? I already know that."
I laugh to myself and, since I really have no idea where to go, let Dinari lead the way. This is his territory after all.

(Hey, I missed a lot while my second job was busy devouring my soul... but I told them where to stick it and suddenly found myself with some free time again! So I return to the story, and my character [much like myself] has no idea what just happened or where he is in the storyline!)
Freak Boy sat up in bed with a groan. He didn't remember where he was, or what he did last, but the pounding headache and cold-sweat brought two things to mind: winning some kind of shotglass game last night, and then snorting cocaine off some woman's stomach last night. He looked to his side and noticed a sleeping naked woman with long frazzled red hair. She was a skinny anglo who looked like she did her fair share of narcotics, in particular red leaf. Other than that, nothing stood out about her much. He got to his feet and looked around. The blinds were drawn closed, which given the pounding headache he felt was probably a good thing, but via what light did manage to seep into the room he gathered it was a cheap roadside motel or inn of some kind. He dressed himself, gathered his things, then made his way out and onto the streets before last night's adventure could wake up.
