Of the two, probably the post-apocalyptic holy war, you could go interesting directions with that. I like nations at war, but the elemental things just make me think of Avatar: the Last Airbender.

You'd really have to go into more detail for me to accurately judge, but the elemental nations gets done to death in various forms, so I'd stay away from that one.

Ok, here's two storylines that I thought up...
Which one do you like more?
Storyline 1
The Earth has fallen into eternal night now that the darkest days have come. Demons run free in this new world. The cities have fallen into near-ruin. As single country survives in this dark age, nearly no hopes can thrive. A final war will come between the Scars, and the Healings. This is now, these are the days of new.
Storyline 2
The end of days has come. The first reaping is not the expected one. Demons and Angels wander the remains of civilization we once called home. Gods have inherited the world¡¯s governments and spirits run the higher offices. Creatures of fantasy are plentiful in this new world. Humans are nearly gone from the world. As time ticks, one can only look to the sky and hope for the best. This is now, these are the days of new¡¦
And for the hell of it...
Storyline 3
I havent really planned this one out too much, but pretty much, the world is now 4 countries that are influenced by supertanural forces. The end of days are near, but the world has lost it's innocence.
Tell me which ones best plz.
