Tobacco appears to be illegal due to Peter Barak's mention of cigarettes being outlawed, I can't say for certain as to the legality of alcohol

Alchohol causes more problems on a daily basis than tobacco, so Alchohol is most likely illigal as well.

Hello there all, I'm not really sure if any will remember me. I wasn't terribly active for an extended period of time, though I loved both RI and YoA.
I had various characters, but the ones I remember best are Hertha, AKA Lena, and Sarah, AKA Mistress. I also played Linette, Helena's daughter. I have a horrible memory and don't really feel like searching it, forgive me.
I'm excited to be here, and can't wait to jump into the story.

I only have one question as of now (forgive me for not posting this in the "help" section), where exactly is the Global Bank located? I would assume there are divisions around the world, since it's the only source of loans.

The HQ is in Lucern Switzerland, but there are banks in every major city.
