Lena watches Sy go, feeling a bit of loss. She had not talked to the other operative before this and regretted this. However, if everything went according to plan, they'd be fine.
So rarely did things go according to plan, though. She motioned with Markus to follow, leaving it up to Sidapa to join or report their plan. She followed the directions Sy had given them to the area. It was an area with plenty of coverage, but she paused as she was going to order Markus to head to the other side.
"If he knows she's coming he probably set up traps, be careful. You find somewhere here, I'll go around to the west side." She trusted Markus, but he couldn't think like a human. Moving carefully to the other side of the area, she pulled her blades out.
There were a few trip wires, nicely covered for someone such as a rebel. Finding coverage, she kneeled down and pulled the com link closer to her lips. "We're ready." She whispered, signaling for Sy to come out.
She could partly see their target, he appeared to be asleep. She thought of attempting his life now, but decided against it. She would allow Sy to do it, it seemed as if it was the other assassin's right. All there was to do for now was to wait for Sy's signal to say her name.

Sy walked to the lacation cooly. She was ready for this. Her walk had been spent preparing herself for this moment. She knew that things would get hairy and once they did that emotions would fly. Duddy would try to persuade her. He would try to make her change her story. He might even make her waiver. Then her name would be spoken. And the true chapter would be told. No one had seem Sy in her true nature. She stayed concealed when her true name was spoken. This would be...interesting.
"Duddy..."She called out knowing that someone would have a gun trained on her head or something of the like.
"Duddy...I am here. Where are you? I came just like you asked me to."
She was armed with her claws but he would expect that she would be she knew that. Because no one in their right mind would come to a possible set up unarmed now would they? However they were where no untrained person could get to them easily...untrained mind you.

Markus follows Lena, then nods at her instructions, finding a sufficiently hidden spot and skulking among the shadows there. His hands rest on the handles of his tonfa swords as he prepares to attack, but waits until Sy his had her chance.

Alexei stared at Bambi a long time before looking at Peter.
"And you...I've seen you somewhere before. I guess maybe you're just a junky? Maybe that's why you look familiar. Peter, right? What's your poison?"

Peter smiled and raised his right arm, displaying the needle and IV scars along the inside. Granted his where acquired through actual medical treatment and scarred properly rather than the infected mess a street junky might possess they were, never the less, the signs of continued needle use. That they were properly healed meant only he was a man of means. Perhaps the addicted hire of a wealthy family, hardly something unusual these days.
"Ain't into poison," he replied, still with the threatening grin, "Love only the finest dreamer, yeah?" He lowered his arm and folded his hands behind his head, leaning back again. He'd searched through the window and found nothing, he had to play it out now. It wasn't an act entirely, the chemicals he got contained, among other things, other stimulants and painkillers of various sorts. Stuff was nasty. Even if he didn't literally need it to survive he'd be addicted to it just from usage.
"I'm not some shotting gallery skell, buddy. But yeah, we might'a seen one another at a 'social gathering' of some sort."

Duddy woke up when he heard Sy call his name, then he jumped to attention drawing his dirk and flashing it just enough to let Sy know that he was armed. Duddy knew he was being watched by other people, but something else was bothering him, like one of the people who was watching was a friend and not a foe. "So Sy, I hada thought that you might not go through with it but I guess my feelings for you mean nothing. Tell your bretheren to come out I know they are here."

Jack Swaggert had barely made a sound when he entered the trap that Duddy lay. He saw Duddy on the ground asleep and became guarded when he heard the bushes more around him. The assasins were close he could feel it, Sy then came out of the bushes right across from Duddy and Swaggert knew it was almost time. Swaggert heard Duddy call out the other assasins and waited until the moment was right, then he would save Duddy.
OCC:Hey, al the other assasins, just pretend you dont see me, I created this character for you guys to kill. So when I pop out to help Duddy, you guys can go to town on me.

Alexei nodded slowly, suspicious regardless of both her companion's reasonable stories, but seeing no way to investigate it further. His eyes rested on Bambi.
"So, Ms. Engel, our last meeting didn't exactly go according to plan. I asked something simple of you, and you threw coffee in my face." He sighed and drummed his fingers on the table.
"Normally, you and your friends would be dead by now, but I'm offering you a chance. How do you propose we resolve this situation?"

Sy walks up to him her head dowm acting as if she were ashamed.
"Feelings? You talk about things you have no understanding about. You think I don't think someone might be waiting in the wings from your side? If anyone followed me here from my organization I couldn't tell you. I am not some grand schemer who has it all planned out. I am just someone who came to talk some sense into you. But...You act like you are just a pawn when you so easily showed me you were armed. Like a man has to show a woman he has a weapon. Yeah your feelings are loud and clear Duddy. I had thought I cared for you. I really liked you and wanted to know your story but I think all I need to do is show you one last chapter of mine...F*** you and the horse you rode in on."
With that with tears in her eyes she raised her hand and flipped her middle finger up so Duddy and Lena could see she was giving him the bird.

Anna made a strange noise in her throat as she watched him kiss her hand and then lick his lips. She did it sometimes when she found an human she especially liked, usually after a good night of fun, but she knew it wasn't natural for humans to do. It sounded between a growl and a purr.
Sometimes they found it sexy, sometimes they were in a sudden hurry to get dressed and leave her.
She had no worries with Cillian though, as he was a dragon, like her. He would not find the few nonhuman tendencies she had to be disturbing, at least, she thought not. She hoped her human ones wouldn't bother him. It was strange being concerned about the opposite... well, as concerned as she could be.
"Italian sounds lovely, I'm not picky about food." She really wasn't, if it was a type of meat, she was fine with it. She wondered how to answer his talent question. She knew what her talents was, but this was a man who had seen far more years than her.
"When I want something, I get it, but I suppose that doesn't say much as humans are so easily bent..."
She spoke as she lifted her free hand, trailing her fingers along his arm that was hooked with her other arm. "I have some talents that are speak better for themselves when done rather than said." She turned her tone low, suggestive, as she tilted her head downward slightly. It caused her to look over, up at him through her eyelashes.
It was one of her cute techniques that made her appear shy and innocent despite her words.

Bambi attempted to focus on Alexei and Peter talking, but her eyes kept wandering to the windows. She knew the sniper would not have a clear shot unless she moved, but it was still not a pleasant thought. Her muscles were beginning to ache from the tension and way she was sitting.
Her eyes paused their usual frantic glancing as Peter lifted his arms to show the neat needle shots. Her curiosity flared at the sight. Was it something from the fact he was a Genetech alteration? She barely noted he wasn't exactly human when sparks weren't running along some part of his skin.
Feeling Alexei turn to her, she forgot her curiosity for the moment as she looked back to him. "I apologized after I did it?" She commented about the throwing coffee in his face, though she hardly regretted it now. She almost wish she'd had thrown the cup at him instead of the waiter.
She had no idea how to resolve this situation. Annette was already going to be informed of it, there was hardly anything to do. She doubted that would be smart to tell him, however. When was that sniper ordered to fire? If something went wrong, or as soon as she got a clear shot?
"I have no idea." She said honestly.

Lena felt like snorting at the sight of the dirk, but she was a trained assassin, and so made no noise. She grinned at Sy's words and felt like patting the woman on the back. When Sy gave the signal, she wiped the grin off her face.
"Arasyle, I feel sorry for you finding such a bastard." She spoke as she stood, jumping out from her coverage. She made no move toward Duddy yet, keep her blades reading as she leaned back onto the balls of her feet.
She would aid Sy in a second if she saw the other assassin needed it, but she wished to leave this kill to Duddy. Despite her training, she was unaware of the third watcher. Her hearing was not much greater than the average human's.

Sharon put her phone away when she saw Alexei do the same before resuming positions, watching them talk through her scope. She picked up some words here and there. Her shoulder was beginning to ache and her hand was starting to fall asleep. She thought of switching to the Manala one, but it appeared the pink haired really wasn't a creditor.
Even if she was the Manala wouldn't make much of a difference. Oh, she was definitely going to rage at Alexei after this. She had no idea what she was supposed to be doing now. If she got a clear shot, was she supposed to take it?
She drummed her fingers against the handle as her hand begun to tingle. She probably wouldn't have a clear shot unless things went back anyway, that banker seemed keen on keeping the same sitting position. Smart girl. For now, she continued to watch them converse.

Duddy grinned, "I should have known this was all bullshit, from the time I took you to lunch! You were scouting me out, you new the whole time who I was and to think I trusted you and actually told you who I really ws and what I really did." He saw something move out of the corner of his eye, then he heard Lena speak. "See adn you wonder why I felt threatened, you must be the mastermind behind the whole operation. As for me, I came here alone, to face you like a man. The sad part is, you think that if I see you crying its ok, well thats a fucking farce if I ever saw one." He removed the dirk from the sheath and fashioned it upside-down with the blade facing out, Swaggert had taught him this position, he said it was a defense position.
He moved closer to Sy and said, "Fine just fucking kill me. I loved you and all you want to do is stick me like a pig, you make me sick!" He spat in her face. then turned around making all of his movements very deliberate and went back towards his orignal position.

As that sniper expecting something crazy? Maybe they'd pause. Peter glanced at Alexei's face. The man was aware of alot, he seemed on the ball. Well, of course he would be. You didn't get to a high set in any organization, much less the Russian mob, by being an idiot. Then he thought of Dollar and considered altering that theory. The point was that Alexei might be surprised but he wasn't going to be taken off guard.
Peter couldn't charge up his field without the visual glow and the humming and it'd take a few seconds of charging before he'd be able to throw any lightning, ten to twenty seconds before he'd be able to do it really well. That was an eternity in a gun fight.
The first shot would go at Bambi. It would hit Aubrey, by hook or by crook, supposedly. Peter didn't know if she was as good as she said but he'd heard horrible things about the Creditors. But the machine's next move would be to gather Bambi and run, leaving him with both targets.
If he got the jump and charged up he could throw a blast at either the sniper or at Alexei. If he hit either they'd be stunned, at the least. He'd be able to track the shot when the sniper fired with any luck so he'd be able to find her... but then what? Alexei was the one he wanted... unless he got shot in the side/back/head while he was dealing with the Russian.
Maybe go for sum zero. Charge, blast the place, follow Aubrey out, call this match a draw. He wouldn't get Alexei but the Russians wouldn't gain anything either.
No. He hated losing and a sum zero was, for him, a lose.
