Weaknesses:
-Peter’s abilities place strain on his body and he requires a very specific thingytail of meds and chemicals to keep himself from, essentially, exploding. If he goes 48 hours without this combination of IV and oral treatment than his muscles begin to seize up. At 72 hours he is unable to move at all and can’t repress his field. With each passing hour his field grows stronger until after 96 hours his body ruptures, releasing all the energy in a destructive electric pulse.
-While his social education is extensive, Peter has essentially no formal education. He is very bad at math, history, and other educational subjects.
Powers
Electric Discharge Field-
All of Peter’s abilities develop from his genetically enhanced ability to his ability to produce a powerful electric field around himself. At present he can do little besides maintaining the field, shocking anything he physically touches with a high voltage charge.
Limited Flight-
By altering his field Peter is able to alter his position in three dimentional space, essentially flying. His movements are quick, smooth, and controlled. He can rise roughly ten feet off of the group before he is unable to hold himself up.
Appearance: Peter is tall and well built. His skin is pale and his hair is black (dyed), shoulder length and semi-ordered. He dresses in casual clothing for the most part but loves to show off whever possible so he usually has a muscle shirt or a v-neck on under whatever he's wearing and uses any excuse to strip down to it. He also wears dark glasses nearly all the time and often has gloves on. The gloves have the practical purpose to decreasing the risk of accidental shocks from hand contact. He wears the glasses mostly because since his gene theopy his eyes are red shifted and his irises are a distrubing bloody color.
In the case of specific missions he will alter his clothing to match the area or wear combative gear.
When he powers up his field the black dye he uses on his hair burns away, revealing his true white hair and causing it to float slightly as it underwater. His skin also grows paler and shines as if his blood was glowing.
Personality: Peter is a fairly stereotypical rude American. He disrespects the beliefs of others, dismisses complains about his behavior, and never bothers to learn anything about the places he goes to. In fairness he does treat everybody the same: with disrespect. The only man he gives some credit is Dollar himself because he supports Dollar’s goal of restoring America. Also, Dollar controls the chemicals Peter needs to stay alive.
Story: Peter has been a secret patriot for most of his lifetime. He was removed from his parents at a young age, shortly before America fell apart, but he didn’t care he was happier on his own. He survived the revelations and the rise of the Manalists on his own, living on the streets and just plain surviving.
When the world shifted and the Manalists took over he survived. The best choice he could see was to stick close to his own sort, which meant Americans. By a lucky stroke some of his fights for food and shelter managed to acquire the attention of Allmart’s Dinari Dollar and was brought into the company’s private guard program.
Tough from his years of struggle and determined to survive anything he rose in the organization the way a really good killer does: he stayed in the lowest rank. But he gained a reputation and that was the important thing.
His real opportunity came when he was selected for a special program arranged with Genetech. Training and gene therapy from the Irish company recreated the American into something very different. The gene therapy didn’t take root in Peter as well as it should, resulting in a somewhat less powerful soldier than one might otherwise expect. He possessed powers, certainly, but he wasn’t on the same level as other Genetech soldiers. But, he was a loyalist to Dollar and that was what really mattered after all though he is, strictly speaking, owned by Allmart.
Currently he acts as a special operative of Dinari Dollar protecting Allmart’s interests across the world and, secretly, furthering the restoration of America.
