Appearance: Akira stands at about five foot eight, is of a slightly muscular build and has pink hair as is the norm for creditors, spiked forward that hangs over his face and when wet it will actually cover his eyes. He also wears the traditional bussiness suit attire, but also wears a large black trench coat over that. Also wears a belt with the words "Ennui" carved into the belt buckle that means boredom.
Personality: Akira is to begin with, very eccentric and cocky. His numerous built in weapons and outrageous attacks serve as proof of this and when he wins a fight he will stand triumphantly over his opponent. Akira is also a trash talker and loves getting jabs at his opponent. He is also a womanizer for some reason and combined with arrogance will lead him to ask a pretty girl to marry him right out of the blue. Doesn't matter if he was just staring at them from afar, he'll just come out of the blue and ask and treat it like a great honor for the girl.
This odd and sometimes comedic behavior belies a more sinister nature. While he is considered by SOTA and Global Bank as a malfunctioning android, few actually know that this android can be incredibly malicious or downright psychaotic when he wants to be. He has no problems with blowing up buses, burning down churches, or vandalising property with heretical profanity. While he is not overly destructive, he does look out for himself and does whatever he believes would be good entertainment.
Story: Akira was designed like all creditors before him to carry out the duty of getting people to pay on time by any means. At first, the comedicly numbered Akira 69 was no different and did this very well. However, during a lightning storm while he was getting upgrades, lightning struck and fried his circuits or so staff members thought. The lightning storm actually caused a major glitch in his programming, resulting in giving him free will. This freak accident made Akira break the mold and become his own person in a big way.
He started out using his appearance as a creditor to steal money that would have been used to make payments, but he hoarded the money himself. This went on some time until Global Bank caught on and sent creditors after him, but Akira was to witty and evaded them. He began other schemes, one involving theft of a ceramonial weapon used by Manala priests and another was to siphon money from bank accounts.
Akira continues to evade capture, looting and pillaging or wrecking and destroying as he pleases. It is unclear if he has a goal or not and he doesn't appear to care so long as it's fun.

- Combat: Akira retains a very intricate combat program that was once used to beat up people who were late in payments. Now it comes in handy in beating all people down.
- Hacking: This is something he picked up along the way. While not a master at it, Akira can still bypass a few electronic security doors.
- Deception: Akira has learned that with his appearance he will always be mistaken for a creditor at first glance. He has also learned to use this to his advantage...
- Manipulation: He knows what buttons to push and can be a smooth talker at times, using black mail, bribes, or intimidation to get his way with the average person.

- Mechanical ingenuity: He has learned that since SOTA won't keep his systems running smoothly, Akira has learned how to fix himself!

- Overheats: Severing his ties with SOTA means no one to do repairs or upgrades. Because of this limitation, Akira's systems tend to overheat making him short out for alittle while to cool off.
- Arrogant: Akira is very arrogant. He thinks he's a total badass and can take on the world.
- Womanizer: Akira, despite being an android and not having any genitals whatsoever, can't seem to stop falling head over heels for a pretty girl.
- Power shortages: Due to Akira's unique model, he can deplete his power alot quicker then normal. This is still rare, but more possible.

- Super strength: Even by an android's standards, he's strong enough to rip metal apart with his bare hands.
- Energy Sapper: Can drain the bio-electricity from a human being to recharge his own batteries, or absorb other forms of energy making him impervious to manala guns.
- Psycho Drive: Overcharges himself with power, causing red currents of manala energy to crackle around him and allows him to move faster then before. It also increases the damage his manala blasts can cause, but at the cost of perception and awareness.
- Manala blasts: Can harness the manala crystal that powers him and fire powerful blasts.

- Great sword: A five foot long black and red sword with a big manala crystal for the blade itself. Orignally it was made as a ceramonial weapon for a renowned high priest, but Akira stole it. It crackles with manala energy and can focus Akira's blasts more effectively.

- Elbow guns: Built into his elbows, are ballistic .44 magnum callibur pistols that will fire when he bends his arm a certain way.
