Annette has high cheakbones and small eyes. She has a long face and especially long nose. She wears her hair in a gray bob with one pink streak. Her face is wrinkled due to her age and smoking. Her voice is raspy and her lips are thin. She wears a gray pant suit. Her body is thin and tall.

Annette is cold, ambitious, strategic, and single minded. She is sharp and says whatever is on her mind. She has no problem insulting and offending people. She treats all people as if they are less than her. She is pushy and masculine.
story:
Annette was born in Germany to a middle class family. Her father worked at a bank and her mother worked in the home. As a child, Annette would go to the bank to visit her father. It was at this young age that she fell in love with money and banking. She admired the men in their suits and the order to the banking. She started saving with a piggy bank at the age of 4 and when she was old enough, she started her own account at the bank.
In school, she would lend lunch money to the other children and charge them interest. She was a very intelligent child, but never enjoyed playing or imagination games. She loved math and numbers in general.
After school, she went on to college for Finance. While in college, she paid for her schooling by modeling, since she was a tall and attractive woman back then. She also played in an orchestra, since she was an accomplished Bassoonish. She was known for her intelligence, ambition, beauty, and talent. After college she took on many jobs until finally she landed her dream job at the World Bank. She worked for the World Bank long ago when the world was different. It was during those years that she moved to Switzerland. When the world transitioned into Manalism, she became the head of the Global Bank and director of the Creditors. The Creditors as an organization was founded by her. She went to Sota with her own ideas for androids and they were constructed for her.
Annette is always attended by android Creditors who protect her from attack.
Annette hates the Manalists as well as any other religion, but she sees that they have a purpose. She would like to see a world where the manalists no longer exist, but for now, she accepts things as they are. She concerns herself with Global Bank and the Creditors.
Annette hates Li Violette and is always warning the Moderator about her. She hates Li Violette because she was a former Communist and she feels that Communism is a truly evil thing and a real threat in the world.
Annette is a fan of Ayn Rand and has taught college courses on Objectivism. She actually uses some of her own money to make sure that colleges pay for such classes. She has established a business college in London which focuses on Objectivism.
Because of her beliefs, there are many things which she would like to change in the world. However, for now she doesn't complain much, except for infrequent statements against superstition and religion in general.
