Dinari Dollar owns All Mart as well as part of Florida. His obsession in life is restoring America. America has become a toxic wasteland and Dinari would like to clean it up and make it a liveable free place. He supports the Manalists, but believes in recreating America as it once was...prior to the Manalists. He wants America to be a predominantly Christian nation. He believes it should be a world power and a bastian of freedom. Right now though, it is a dump. It is a haven for criminals and those who wish to escape the Manalists. It is a toxic wasteland inhabbited by the insane, criminal, or desperate. His domed cities in Florida have become a refuge from the Manalists, however, he only allows attractive, moderately wealthy, Christian, supporters of America live in his Florida refuge.
Aside from the America project, he owns All Mart, the biggest retailer in the world. He uses All Mart's impressive profits to fund his eccentric project to remake America. He also spares no expense on himself and living a comfortable life. He has a taste for rare meats. He also enjoys hunting rare game.
The thing he enjoys most of all is women. Most women find him obnoxious, but, due to his money, he seems to have no trouble finding someone willing to..put up with him.

He likes to point out that his great great grand daddy Dollar started off as a poor man with a vision. That vision was to start a department store...which later became the retail giant All Mart.
Although it might be better for business to set up his main office in Europe, Dinari absolutely refuses to move to there, since he would hate to abandon his homeland: the US of A.
