Weaknesses: Going without blood for a long period of time makes Tuvi more weak. After a few days, she will revert to a more base, animalistic being and attack anyone.
She is also bipolar, but without medicine or blood, she can become quite unpredictable.

Lure: Easy way to bring prey to her without having to attack them.
Forgetfulness: A mental blast Tuvi can use to make someone forget her or certain details.
Weapon: A dirk and a stiletto she uses to pin her hair up.
Appearance: Tuvi tends to be a bright figure, even though she doesn't smile or laugh in public. She has a thin, curvy figure with what can be called a "beautiful" face. She mostly wears a bored, or lazy look, even when she is around Dinari. She tends to stick to dresses and heels since she doesn't feel cold like everyone else does.
Personality: While reserved in public, in private Tuvi is opinionated. Even when not asked, she tends to tell people what she things, except about the Manalist. She has learned to keep her mouth shut about her own beliefs, even though she holds on to them strongly. She flexs between being very cold and being friendly in a way. But she is definately more hardworking then she ever was in her past...
Story: Tuvi believes she is a distant relative of Helene DuBois. However, she is Helene and just doesn't know it. She was reborn shortly before the collaspe of Russia, but something went wrong and she lost all her memories. Its not quite amnesia, since she will never regain these memories. She grew up impoverished because her family struggled to put her through private school. After she graduated, her "Father" and "Mother" died, leaving her by herself. She lucked up on day and got a job as Dinari Dollar's assistant. May people believe she slept with him, but truthfully, she made him an American meal and he hired her on the spot.
