Chapter 20: The Eyes of God

[Genki Kurokawa]

"Me? Well....alright then. I will travel and make friends with them." Genki answer.

When he notice that Kalma look depress and thought she's going to cry. So, he hugs by naturally.

"Don't worry, Kalma. You didn't know that he might do this type of trouble."

[gunther]

The meeting had actually proved quite interesting for Gunther. Not only did he see two of the biggest companies butt heads, but he saw that despite the economic power they held, they all had their flaws. He would not be soon forgetting Momo's brief show of anger. Perhaps he could use that to his advantage? He would not lie about being astonished that Kei was a god; like many he had been under the assumption that there were no gods left. That could prove to be a problem, but perhaps that could actually be a blessing in disguise. Surely the Finnish god of destruction would have no objections with raging a world wide war simply for the fun of it.

He would have to think more of these plans later as he strolled up to Bonifaz's home and walked right in- apparently no one locked the door. Gunther stopped and knocked on the door frame of the room where the Null members were still gathered. "Oh Bonifaz, you should have been there to see Momo get cruicified." Gunther chuckled slightly as he made his way into the room. "Momo is being forced to pay for the damages in Helsinki and also has to rebuild much of Japan from a tsunami that Keitolein sent." Gunther reported enthustiaticly; clearly destruction excited him.

[Li Violette]

"I have time and will meet you in an hour." Is the message that I leave for Anthony. I take some time to change clothes and finish up a little work, then I teleport to Genetech's HQ in Dublin. I go directly to Anthony's lab to meet with him. When I find him, he is busy at work.

"I've been very busy lately, but what can I do for you?" I ask him. I hold my arms behind my back and try to peak at his work, but, don't want to appear nosy.

[Momo Kurokawa]

"WWWWWWHHHAAATT?" Momo shouts at nearly the top of her lungs, which is pretty loud. She shakes her head and kicks the tire, scaring the crab that was scurrying by it. "You KNEW? You KNEW? This has cost my company...millions of rand and you KNEW!! How could you keep such information from me? I didn't even know that gods were real!!" Momo says to Kalma in complete over reaction. She stomps her foot, which sinks into the soft, wet sand and makes a splat sound. She takes a few deep breaths.
"Is there anything else you are keeping from me..and the company?!" She asks in a slightly calmer voice.

[Genki Kurokawa]

Genki jump a bit when his mom yells at the top of her lungs. He never sees her like this before. Sure, he knew that she has a temper but never this bad.

"Umm....mom....your blood pressure...." Gemki says to her with a slightly worry in his voice

Momo, Kalma....you can move Genki if you want. I have a final in the morning. Night.

[kalma]

((That was precisely the reaction I was expecting lol))

Kalma had not at all been expecting Genki to hug her. She was completely surprised and blushed even redder in the face which was instantly cut short as Momo started yelling at the top of her lungs. "Stupid stupid stupid!" Kalma thought now angry at herself, eyes shadowed by her bangs. "Um... I'm also the Goddess of Graves?" Kalma offered meekly, now hiding behind Genki; not because she was scared persay of Momo, but it did mean she wouldn't see Momo overreact any more. She should have just kept her mouth shut. "I know I know, it's all my fault! I should have told you but I didn't want you to just use me because of my powers. All of this could have been prevented..." Kalma admitted now feeling like she was going to cry, tears actually welling up in her eyes but were partially concealed under her bangs.

[Bonifaz Artz-Lehrer]

"My sister made some stir fry if you want some. And yeah, it sounds like I missed out on quite the meeting. But, I was thinking...there are probably a lot of downed machines in Helsinki. It's too bad we couldn't go there and take some of them for ourselves. Maybe we would end up with something worthwhile to Null...like Amelia here. One company's trash can be a terrorist group's treasure." Bonifaz suggests.

"We also decided that we want to give Cat Flu to the socialists. We were working on the vaccine for it last year, so, we should have some live virus left. The socialists were planning on meeting with workers from Allmart and M TV. They can spread the disease to them and stall production." Bonifaz explains.

He gets distracted by the cartoons for a moment, but his attention returns to Gunther.

"If we give the disease to our...tester...Soupa or Sorma ...whoever he is, he can give it to the socialists for us."

[Momo Kurokawa]

"I think you must have been bumped in the head in Helsinki. Don't worry, when we return to Tokyo, I will have some of my medical staff look you over." Momo replies to Kalma, in a much calmer tone now. She dismisses the girl as just suffering from the trauma of her fight and obviously saying strange, untrue things.

"Genki, I want you to travel to...hmm...just travel to some companies and try to make amends with them. Try to show them that we are a good peaceful company. We will send flowers or fruitbaskets to different companies to show that we are actually very nice people. You can deliver the flowers and fruit baskets. Kalma can be your pilot for the mission. Her mecha should be nearly repaired so, you can take that."

Momo then turns to Kalma. "Don't worry dear. We can talk when you have recovered from the fight."

[gunther]

"Yes, it's to bad we can't..." Gunther replied slyly in reference to Bonifaz's suggestion about the mechas; he'd make sure to call some of his men to take care of them. "I see. The Cat Flu you say? Yes, that might just work to slow down production. As for the mechas, I have some people who may be able to get us a few of those mechas. No gurantees, but I think that it's possible." Gunther goes on as he pulls out his cell and dials up one of his men.

After a breif conversation and briefing on the matter, Gunther hangs up and grins widely. "He says that he will be able to salvage them all, but he's been known to exagerate. Anyway, The Moderator has also decided to start an economic advisory committee to try and prevent this type of thing happening again." Gunther says off handedly. "There could be a chance for one of us to intentionally pit the companies against eachother." Gunther suggests curiously; so much to do, so little time.

[Sidapa Amparo]

"Hey Yasmin. So you know where the rebel are, huh?" Sidapa asks Yasmin after she gets his attention by throwing something at his head. He puts a hand on his hip and looks in the direction of Helsinki University.

"We might need back up. There are only two of us...and probably a dozen of them. What do you think?" He asks her with a smile.

[kalma]

"But I-" Kalma began as Momo dismissed her confession as something to do with head trauma. Before she could explain that she was telling the truth, Momo says that she will be taking Genki to the other companies in an attempt to make them seem like good people at heart; which Momo was, Kalma knew this. "Of course..." Kalma sighed; she had a feeling today was going to be rough. Still, she was alittle pleased to be using her mecha once again; it made her completely forget that she wasn't as powerful as her older brother.

((I'm gonna hit the sack now aswell))

[Momo Kurokawa]

"Good, it's settled. The other workers can take care of distributing aid and helping the people here Genki. So let's go back to Tokyo so you and Kalma can get to work on the new assignment." Momo orders. She walks back over to the helicopter, and climbs inside. She waits for Kalma and Genki to join her. It seems that Kalma will have to explain things another time, since Momo simply wouldn't listen.

[Bonifaz Artz-Lehrer]

"I like that idea. I would love to see those companies at war with each other...but, we must be careful not to get involved. We couldn't stand up to Sota, Genetech, or Intelligent Design. Our company is small and not as millitant. They supply the militaries of other companies, we only have a small force to protect our company, which is itself highly regulated because of the drug laws. We can't put ourselves in danger or else Null will be...very short of funds." Bonifaz replies to Gunther. He is distracted again by the cartoons, but remembers something Gunther said earlier.

"Sota created a machine that can create tsunamis?" Bonifaz questions, since Gunther mentioned that Keitoleinen was behind the tsunami.

[Jack Kruschev]

Turning around and seeing Li, Anthony almost falls out of his chair. Regaining balance, he turns of his computer screen and stands up.

“Howdy,” he says in somewhat of a sarcastic tone. “I’ve been meaning to talk with you on a couple things. First, as you undoubtedly know, a tsunami, caused by the God Jumala has destroyed parts of Japan after Momo’s reckless attack on SOTA. As a result, Dr. Hoito has ordered me to play with some genetic stuff, as usual, and create some new foods, plants, and animals for the sake of saving Intelligent Design and Japan all at the same time. I’d like you to give a speech on the matter. Other than that, I haven’t seen you in a while and was wondering how things were going, if you have the time.”

[Niilo Ukkonen]

It had been a while since Niilo had spoken to…well…anyone lately.

As of late, times had gotten a little rough. With the attack of Intelligent Design on SOTA, a small depression had hit Helsinki and the surrounding area. It wasn’t due to the actual attack on SOTA, but the aftermath.

Lowering himself to a whole new level, Niilo saw what drugs had actually meant to him. He now occasionally worked! Crazy, but reality.

Niilo had gotten home a few hours and ago and was now just lighting a joint. Sitting in the back alleyway, he slowly got high.
