Chapter 20: The Eyes of God

[Heikki Toivonen]

"Hey Soupa, I'm Heikki...and this is ...Bonifaz, Archer, Amelia, and Frieda. Over there is Gunther, but you've probably seen him around the company. Anyway, I hear that you test drugs and diseases and things. That's pretty neat." Heikki says nicely. He likes meeting new people, especially people who don't seem mean.

"Tell me a little about yourself."

Darian meanwhile back in Rome, makes his way up to the altar of the grand high temple so that he can pay his respect to Father Manala. A couple priests turn their heads to look at him as he enters, his aura making them feel uneasy as he kneels down infront of the altar to partake in a silent prayer. Not publicly all that religious, he was raised on the Manalist beliefs which gave him a reason for being; they had served him well and he would have been a fool to not pay his respects.

While he is deep in prayer for guidance, his recieves a text message which causes a part of his hip to vibrate. Finishing quickly, Darian pulls out his cell phone and reads the text message from Sidapa with little interest; he didn't know the names of many of the members nor did he care really since it didn't concern him. However, after reading the text, Darian was pleased to hear the whereabouts of the rebels he had originally been tracking in Helsinki. Fumbleling with his cell phone for a moment while silently cursing the infernal gizmo, Darian texts back: Will be there shortly. Just make sure not to get in my way. Darian texts back as he finally rises to his feet.

His orders were mainly to eliminate the rebels, but only if he was unable to capture them. After the trouble he went through in tracking them, he wasn't in a very charitable mood as he slung his Exitus rifle over his shoulder, switched his cloaking on, and headed to the nearest teleportation booth to head for Helsinki.

[Kasper Schultz]

Kasper sits up in his seat, scooting closer to the table. He lets out a loud, nasal sigh. "Don't you understand Armin! We'll never be safe. We'll be hunted like animals. There's no safe place for us to have a headquarters. Half the time, I think we're doomed! The whole world is going to hell, but, maybe we'll just kill each other off and the world will go back to nature. Sometimes I just lose all hope!" Kasper says despairingly.
He wrings his hands and looks out the window. The are still plumes of smoke from the earlier battle.

[kalma]

Kalma remains quiet through the rest of the trip back to Tokyo, grateful that she didn't have to talk as they got off the helecopter and made their way toward Genki's lab. Kalma ignored the irony that she was getting to spend time with Genki anyway; it was almost as if Momo had elaborately planned this. "Sure... I prefer trying on new clothes and coming up with different combinations." Kalma admitted, still feeling abit depressed but that seemed inherit.

[††Venice "Cephrien" Ashgrove††]

Ceph thought back on the meeting.. there were alot of people there.. but he did remember spotting several members of Null there.. more so than other organizations. Infact, if he remembered correctly, the only organizations that attended the meeting were Null and Red Infinity. Though, he could be wrong.

"The meeting is most likely in Germany." Ceph states flatly with a quiet nod. He looks at Horacio briefly before looking back to Kith.

"For the time being, we don't have any orders."

[Horacio Hatfield]

"Do any of you want to go to Germany with me then?" Horacio asks Linnea, Kith, Cephrien, and Ophelia.

"It is alright if you don't want to go. I've been there myself. I know where the Null members live." Horacio explains. He crosses his arms and looks around at the damage. He takes a seat on a park bench because he is worn out from running and climing in the prison..to get out of there.

[Genki Kurokawa]

"Really? I do like to do a combo with my clothes but I prefer not to. It can be troublesome though." Genki reply as he gather the flowers.

"Well......do you want to arrange the lotus or the Azalia flowers?"

[Hilja Kukkanen/Sasha Pisarev]

"Cheer up Kasper. We can't lose hope. Maybe we could go to Germany. If Armin's brother lives there, maybe it is safe with them. The nihilists don't seem to get bothered as much as the rest of us." I suggest to the group. Really, I have no idea where it is safe, but where it there are people to organize.

"If things became too bad, we could always move to the United States...I doubt anyone from the Invisible Hand or the Manalists would find us there....there wouldn't be anyone to organize, but at least we would be safe."

[kalma]

"I'll arrange the Lotus." Kalma replies simply, still fairly clueless as what to do, but figures if she can make it so she likes it, then other people will like it aswell.

[Genki Kurokawa]

"Alright then. Let me know if you need any help though." he told her.

"So.......sorry to be rude but you and your brothers are really gods or not? Its okay if you don't want to talk about it. It....just that I thought all gods were kill off long ago....."

[Surma Keitoleinen]

Surma looked at Heikki. It was nice to see that members of Null can be quite welcoming, despite what they were known for. Surma himself wasn't much of a terrorist, so he didn't quite fit in here.. though he was involved with him due to his job as a medicinal tester.

"Well.." Surma began after Heikki politely requested some information about him.

"I have an apartment not too far from here.. and as you know, I'm a tester for Artz Lehrer." He had to be careful with bringing that up. He was known for being very tolerant of the material that was tested on him.. he could tell that some had their suspicions about him.

"They chose me as a tester since I am gifted with a very strong immune system."

[Heikki Toivonen]

"Bonifaz wants you to...get the cat flu, and spread it to the socialists. It's our way to undermine the satellite system, since, the socialists will spread it to different workers at the companies when they go to meet them. This will cause production to shut down for a while." Heikki explains to Soupey...or Soupa?

"Do you think you can do that Soupey? If not you, I would do it. But I was told of your...good immune system."

[kalma]

"Any help would be nice... I haven't a clue what I'm doing." Kalma admitted with a sheepish grin, feeling arkward to be arranging flowers for various companies. "They were... or atleast most of them were as far as I know. I... was one of them." Kalma replied with a twinge of discomfort. She didn't really want to get into the complicated subject that her older brother killed her and she used her powers to come back, but instead of killing him in Helsinki, she held back. She was confused just thinking about it.

[Armin Lehrer]

"I don't know about Germany. Kasper and I used to work there long ago organizing. I guess...you know, my brother and I aren't the best of friends. But, maybe it is time to bury the hatchet. Maybe he would put us up in Germany! Heck, we'd have it made there. Alright, after the meeting, some of us can go try to talk to Bonifaz. Maybe we can soften him up a little." Armin says with optimism. They need something. They seem to get attacked and found no matter where they go. Could he handle spending his time with nihilist terrorists? Would Bonifaz let them stay there? They would have to just go there and find out.

"Man, I am sure thirsty. I wish we had pop at these meetings."

[Genki Kurokawa]

"Oh....." Genki mutter quietly.

He decided to not to ask her any more questions because he doesn't want to be too nosy. So, he help Kalma with her lotus arrangments. He add smaller flowers in Kalma's arrangment.

"How long you been working for my mom, Kalma?
