Tuesday was sleeping peacefully, and by the looks of the stupid grin on her face, was having a relatively good dream, when her phone rang. Moaning, she rolled over putting her face into the mattress and pressing a pillow over her head.
A hand reached out from the pile of blankets she'd curled up under, and groped blindly for her phone on the surface of her nightstand. After a moment, her fingers brushed over it and she snatched it, pulling it under the pillow with her, checking the screen, she saw it was Maeve.
"You know, you have this bad habit of calling me when I'm sleeping." She said, remembering the last time Maeve had called her.

"Well, you know where I am. When it's light in Helsinki it's dark here." Maeve stated with a grin. She was actually still in bed herself. There was no lights in her room and the only window have heavy curtains, so she laid in the dark. She could see fine enough thanks to her genes. "I'm assuming everything went okay if you can be grumpy to me about waking you up."

"No, just have it all and that should be everything we need. I kind of pissed off Kaschei earlier, so I'm staying safe and making a few safe transports of the product, creeping back into his good graces. You know."
Alexei found it odd how frank he was with Danny. His disarming nature was one of the few things that he intensely disliked about his associate.

Markus tilted his head then shook it at Lena, having no honest preference. He might have preferred a place near where he grew up, but he honestly couldn't remember where that had been. Reflecting on that realization he felt a rather alien emotion...sadness? It lasted only a brief second, and then he forgot it. He gave Lena his usual expectant look, waiting for her to suggest some place.

"Mhmm." Tuesday said, wiggling further into the mattress and under the covers. "I took Alexei back to my hotel, and cleaned him up, he left the next morning."
She stretched a little. "I haven't heard from him since."
"Oh, and that Eva girl is keeping her word. She hasn't backed out of her end of the bargain, and I'm pretty sure I can trust her."

Anthony sat behind his desk and examined the package Lonnrot had just set in front of him. "Is the red leaf within it?" He asks Lonnrot without looking inside the package and without adverting his gaze. "I need to know, my friend. If I don't successfully create this liquid, you will die. It will be a long painful death that won't leave much of your body left to bury. Are you sure?"

"It is," I say in quick response. My disease has gotten far enough to cause me discomfort. My head constantly hurts and I eat far too much. Fortunately, I've gained no weight due to the fact that my metabolism has sped up from the disease.
"I'm in pain, how long will this take? I also want to know more about this disease for future reference. No one should die like this," I say to Anthony. This disease was terrible and I couldn't bear to think of other dying from such a terrible virus.

"I've told you the majority about the disease, but I will discuss it further and describe how the treatment works," Anthony says with a serious tone. Gathering a few papers, Anthony walked over to his book shelf and got a book. Flipping through the pages, he dog-eared a few and handed it to Lonnrot.
"Now, the Degration Disease is a complicated disease that comes from a Genetech scientist that accidently created it from two other diseases. One of these diseases was the Flu, the other, Heppatitus. He died from the disease a long time ago. Unfortunately, this disease got out to the public," Anthony explains.
"The cure for the Degration Disease is simple. I mix the chemicals, liquify them, and infect them into your bloodstream. There's a 20% chance that the mixture will kill you, but I can stop that," Anthony says with a wink. "You will feel like you are burning for roughly five days after the cure has been injected into you. This feeling will go on and off."

**NOT TRYING TO GM BUT ONE MUST TAKE THE BULL BY THE HORNS SO TO SPEAK. POST TO AKIRA AND HILJA UNLESS BOTH HAVE SLIPPED AWAY UNAWARES. THEN JUST PM ME AND LET ME KNOW SO I CAN POST TO SOMEONE ELSE.**
Kizu continued to pull them to the retstaurant and proceeded to get them a table and sit them down. Once everyone, that included Hex, was there she felt more at ease.
"Hilja what is it that you do for a living? I am sure that Akira here is also interested aren't you sir?"

((Anyone feel free to poke him or whatever))
Blurred vision, a cold sensation along his scales, Zero reflexively reached a hand back and felt along his neck until he peeled back a few scales. Yep. He was shedding his scales. It didn't happen to often, but when it did it was a rather strange feeling when he peeled away the old scales. Like he was shedding away the tension with his skin, a fresh new start. Recalling the night before, Zero knew that he was needed at work in a couple of hours. Well, he didn't need the work, Doctor Alexis was. That was the name of the person who's life he was now living. Picking up the pieces of shedded scales, he went into the living room to finish shedding and to dispose of the evidence.
Said man was the director at one of the Genetech labs, where he was using for his plans. Word on the grapevine suggested that maybe Genetech was working on a new "Changeling" project. If they were, it was in his best interest to make sure this project didn't see the light of day. If Genetech succeeded and started to mass produce these Changelings, then it would make his life a living hell with each waking moment.
He didn't like to be so close to the same group that was trying to find him, but he wasn't left with many other favorable options at the moment. There was a perk in copying this guy though, he thought disposing of the rest of his scales hearing footsteps at which he morphed into his disguise as a figure walked into the living room having nothing but a silky white robe on.
"Alex..." a beautiful, blue eyed, blonde bombshell cooed seductively. "Last night was great. I didn't think you still had it in you..." she purred lustfully.
"It's not any more now is it?" Zero replied slyly with an impish grin as his "wife" giggled and gestured for him to follow her back to bed with a finger. The guy's wife was good looking. Zero slowly and seductively made his way back to the bedroom where they did the mattress mumbo.
After a couple hours of sensual bliss, Zero drove off to work. Flashing his labor card, he walked through the front doors and got ready for work.

"Then we'll see if they have any rooms open at the apartment I rent from when I stay in Helsinki. It's a good location, there's a teleportation booth only a few feet from it." Lena says, oblivious to his spark of emotion.
She leads him to the place, a medium sized apartment complex that wasn't too shabby compared to others she had stayed in. Walking through the doors, she walks up to the front desk and inquires about their free rooms.
There were three, two one-roomed apartments and one two-roomed. Hearing about the two-roomed one gave her an idea. She turned back toward Markus slightly, studying him silently for a moment.
"Would you mind getting a two-roomed? I'd like a permanent place of residence, also. I won't stay often but I will actively pay half the rent."
She certainly had enough money to last her for a while with her recent job. She wasn't sure how she felt about having a room mate, but it was an ideal situation. She had never bothered keeping a permanent place of residence before due to the money issue.

Danny shucked in air through his teeth comically. "Ooo, someone's in trouble." He said, playfully affecting his voice. "Maybe you should sent him some chocolates. Or buy him a hedgehog, I hear those are in this season."
He checked off a number of orders on different scraps of paper; he cut unnecessary corners in his budget financing so that he had even more money to give away to charitably donate to the community. Leilah didn't seem to mind as long as he wasn't giving away her money, just his own.
"He couldn't stay mad forever, not with such a cunning and efficient employee such as yourself. I'm sure of it."

The pain didn't sound very appealing to Lonnrot, but he knew that that was the only cure.
"Good, when can we begin?" I ask Anthony.

Maeve thought for a moment. "Well, that's good. And that's a surprise about Eva. I'd certainly never have trusted her. Hey, maybe there's hope for the world after all." The thought made Maeve happy. "How's the tattoo?"

Tuesday nodded, still working herself further under the covers, enjoying the warmth and softness that surrounded her. "I didn't really have a reason not to trust her, though."
"Its good. I've been taking care of it." She rearranged herself a little, and pulled her shirt up, looking over her shoulder at the tattoo on her lower back. "Its been kind of itchy."
