Years and years have passed since Heather Mason came to Silent Hill to get revenge back for the murder of her beloved father. Now, people have come to remodel the old resort town. As they dug up the ground, they found some old artifacts from the ancestors of Silent Hill. It seems that Alessa wasn't the first and only person to be sacrificed. Some of the items they found were various inscriptions on stone tablets, vases, some toys, religious items of all kinds, and others.
They called in archaeologists to decipher the stone tablets. The construction workers built a memorial and placed it across from St. Stella Church on Nathan Ave. They called it Silent Hill Memorial. While building the Silent Hill Memorial, men mysteriously disappeared and some even died. The same happened with the archaeologists. People came and searched for the missing people, but they were unlucky to find any evidence of anything. What they saw, was just a half build building, and some uncovered remains from the horrid past of Silent Hill. The people who were wanting to rebuild Silent Hill and make it a new resort town just left and never spoke of it again. Will you uncover the ghastly past of Silent Hill and survive? Or will you just be another helpless victim to it's horrors?
