Anyone here have any specific (actual) time this should take place? Any opinion of what I should do as a for it as a "special event?"
I plan to create a completely separate thread for it in the Main Story for this occasion.

My suggestion would be to have it part of the main thread because it is part of the main story of things going on in the world.
