Truth or dare

Well, I noticed the sufficient lack of general threads, which I find very sad...

So, how about we play a little game?

It's simple, really. You dare the character above you to do something IC. Let's not get out of hand, as people still need to stay true to their character.

Because of this, I decided to also bring up an alternative. You also provide a "truth" question, whatever you want, directed either at the character or player. A person can either do the dare or answer the question.

If played right, it's surprisingly good for character plots.

Example:

I dare Émilie to let her nymph urges take over! Or, answer this question: How many years have you been RPing?

See, it would be simple to do either for me, as Émilie's nymph urges taking over would be a part of her character. Not sure how good this will turn out, but it'll at least be fun to try, ne?

What was the inspiration for your character?

I'm alot less responsible or carefree... I could never run a company. I probably couldn't even run a hot dog stand. Not even... Like one of those jobs that requires you to stand outside in a funny costume waving to people. I'm a terrible worker pretty much all the time and anywhere. So there's that.

Also, I think I'm more social and down to earth. Less standoffish.

Otherwise, we're fairly similar.

I'll try to do the dare if the opportunity comes up (I have got a plan), but in case it doesn't go through I'll also answer the truth.

Émilie is a character based off of the original Winter, from Red Infinity. I also noticed that Countess Cola and pacifist characters were lacking, so I decided to put her in a position that would allow her to represent the company while still being an intelligent nymph striving to overcome her primal desires.

And stuff, you know how it goes. ;p

So, to Calithin-

I dare you to try to dance with Annette! (Or any character that is grouchy.)

What is your most embarrassing moment in life?

Ha ha, okay. I will do my best to make that happen.

But in case I can't, as to the truth...

I can't say I get embarissed very often. But once we called the cable guy to come over, and when he knocked on the door I was taking a shower, so I had to just grab a towel and run to answer the door. And there was sort of a mishap. That was pretty awkward, I mist say.

I thought that she and I were really simialr. I'm currently trying to start toward a music career and I know that it will seperate me from my loved ones and that relationships will be strained so I thought....Hey I wanna rp as her. =)

Here is a truth or dare for anyone...

Dare: Play as a character who is not the same gender as you. (if you don't already..I will give you 5 chari points)

Truth: In the history of rpgs (Red Infinity, YOA, Opiate), who was the most difficult character to interact with? (try not to hurt feelings too much here...)

To answer my own truth, hmm...no one in particular, but anyone who decided they would just attack Red Infinity and kill everyone and overthrow the government single handedly. I guess as an admin, those sorts of characters can be difficult...since I usually have a plot based on "Bad Government or System rules world, this is oppressive, everyone suffers and can't overthrow it due to the enormous strength of this ruling organization. So, when there is some super character who disrupts that...it's like...well, okay...BUT THIS IS THE PLOT OF THE RPG AND IF YOU LIBERATE THE WORLD OR CAUSE SOME ENORMOUS SHIFT IN THE BALANCE OF POWER YOU ARE SORT OF...DEFEATING THE WHOLE POINT HERE.

lol I know EXACTLY how you feel >< ugh I couldn't stress that enough on my rps that failed miserably ..... T-T *is all sad now* Anyway I would play a guy character, but they would most likely be homosexual since I am to girly girly for my own good XD

as for most difficult characters.....could I use a real life expierence here? I would have to say my boyfriends characters.....he makes them so ugh! It gets on my nerves! lol he makes them so complicated but thats what makes him so wonderful.....how complicated he is XD (love you Jacky)

Haha... "(female character)" Okay. I will turn on the charm.

But, just in case, as to the truth... I have. A while ago. I think I was in like 6th grade. It was a very lame and cheesy moment, I must admit. Memoriesssss.

But, heres the truth, just in case-
I'm one of those infurating wishy-washy people who doesn't really have a favorite. It depends on the day, and what kind of a mood I'm in. Mostly, I listen to a lot of All Time Low, Regina Spektor, Aerosmith, Sara Barellis, Bob Marley, Paramore, Cobra Starship, Panic! At The Disco, Britney Spears(don't hate), Jason Mraz, John Mayer, Daft Punk, Hellogoodbye, Imogen Heap, etc. Oh, and the Sweeney Todd soundtrack. I'm in love with it.

Truth- I watched "Red Dawn" with some friends a few weeks ago. It was an awful, awful movie. Why would the USSR want to invade Colorado? And how could a bunch of kids defeat them? It's idotic. We were all full of gin while watching the movie, but even that didn't help.
