Appearance: About 6'0. Thinner than average due to being somewhat malnourished. Dark features (brown eyes and hair). Dresses poorly in outdated or tattered clothing. Usually has some bruises or srapes from fighting. Messy hair. Generally has a very unkempt appearence. Isn't attractive by mainstream or Manalist standards. Always has dark circles under his eyes and appears fatigued.
Personality: Introverted, cold, solitary, has a very dry sense of humor, private, unconscientious, irresponsible, indifferent, dispassionate, quiet.
Story: Archer was born in what was once New York City in the American wastelands. His family immigrated to the United States durring the holocaust to escape gypsy persecution. He never knew his father growing up, and has no desire to know him, but was instead raised only by his mother (who had a very severe but unidentified mental illness and tended not to be around, either working or just leaving for several days). His childhood was difficult and he tends to be very vague in answering questions about it, or chooses to flat-out lie. This difficult childhood is probably the reason why he developed Schizoid Personality Disorder.
While his mother was away at work Archer was looked after by a kindly old woman named Margaret Jacobs who lived in the same apartment building as he and his mother. She was a former school teacher and taught him how to read and write along with other fundamentals in science, history, ect. This is the only schooling he has ever received, however, he is very intelligent and learns things quickly. He loves to read and has read thousands of books through the years, amassing a substantial amount of knowledge despite not having had formal education.
When Archer was 18 he left his mother, without any notice, and began work as a deckhand on a merchant ship. It was during this time at sea that he began reading heavily into philosophy, and decided that he was a Nihilist. He sailed for many years, picking up alot of knowledge about the world and atleast a basic grasp of several languages.
While on a trip to South America he met a woman named Georgiana, who he may or may not have loved. His personality puts certain restrictions on whether what he feels for people can be classified as 'love', but he was very fond of her, beyond anyone else he has known. He stayed in South America for several months to be with her, during which they had a turbulent relationship. He eventually chose to leave her and continue his travels, and when he left he stole her favorite flute to remember her by. Eventually, Archer learned that this flute was magical, although he has never bothered to learn to play it and whenever he tries to use it offensively it tends to backfire on him.
When Archer got tired of traveling he made up his mind to settle down in Germany, where he believes his familial roots are. While in Germany he took a job working as a mailroom attendent at the Artz Pharmacutical company, and while doing this he met up with Bonifaz and joined Null. Despite his new acquaintances, Archer decided that a normal job simply wasn't for him, and he quit the company shortly after meeting Bonifaz.
After wandering around for some time he became involved with the Russian mafia, for whom he works now on and off as a drug dealer. He is very knowledgable about drugs, however, he is a terrible dealer. His deals often go very poorly, with him ending up robbed or in fights that he seldom wins. His existence is not a pleasant one, and he is very poor, but he generally treats the world with indifference and lives inside his own mind.
He is dedicated to nothing, and although one would not say that it is unpleasant to know him, because of his personality disorder he is... Difficult to deal with. He is almost always tired due to his insomnia, and speaks or reacts very little to things. His only passions in life are learning, philosophy, and terrorism.
(Just let me know about any changes I need to make. Also, where are the Nihilists in the RPG currently?)
