Appearance:
Malak has black hair and sometimes wears black framed glasses. He is thin and usually wears vintage or old looking clothes like sweaters and slacks. Some people think that he dresses like an old man.
Personality:
Malak is out going and random. He enjoys having fun and meeting new people. He is outspoken and a social guy. He is slow to anger, but sometimes he goes too far and picks on people.
story:
Malak was born in Bagdad, Iraq. The city was always pretty much in shambles throughout his life. Iraq is a chaotic country which was finally brought under the control of the Manalists through several wars. Now the country is divided by the Manalists and several companies. However, there is no longer oil in the country, so there is little intervention from Manalists or companies.
Malak's family never had much money. They survived by raising their own tomatoes and cucumbers on their roof and living off of those or anything else they could grow. His father took odd jobs and his mother stayed at home cooking, cleaning, and taking care of Malak and his siblings. Malak is the oldest child.
When Malak was old enough for college, he went to England for school, although he went into terrible debt to afford college. He went to school to be a teacher, but, because of his debts,his credentials have been frozen.
Things got worse when he suffered a rare brain cancer several years ago. Treatment caused him to go into more debt. The cancer has come back twice since then, but has been controlled through chemo therapy. He had a minor brain surgery several years ago, but he is still able to function fine. His main concern is paying his large medical debt from a secret hospital in Jordan.
In college, he became interested in radical politics and joined Socialist Revolution. He works as a journalist for the party. The meager pay from this is not enough, so, he also works for Allmart as a driver and teleporter. He moves merchadise from the warehouse to he Allmart stores across the globe. He is one of the main people who does Allmart deliveries.
He hates this job.
Malak tries to keep positive though and does his best to enjoy life.
