Lucio was born in Cuba into a political family of rebels. He grew up on a small farm, which he worked on throughout his childhood and teen years. He has two brothers, but he is the smallest and strangest of the three. His mother taught Lucio and his brothers how to read. Lucio went to college for a while, but had to drop out due to a sexual scandal that got him into trouble with the Manalists. He is now trying to escape the Manalists and must move around in order to do this. He usually wanders about taking farm work wherever he can find it, even though it doesn't pay much.
He is loosely involved with the socialist organization Socialist Revolution. However, due to his scandal, he has had to keep some things a secret from his comrades. He tries to keep secret the fact that he is addicted to sex and attracted to underage girls so that he is not kicked out of the party.
He does his best to keep people entertained and distracted so that no one suspects that he has a problem.
He would like to return to school but he must wait until his troubles with the Manalists are over before this happens.
