Organizations that are affiliated with the Manalists are red and rebel organizations are in green.



The Manalists This is the religious organization which owns much of the land in the world and has massive support. It is a religion based on selfishness and survival of the fittest.



The Wrath A group of human zealot Manalists which works in secret to destroy all supernatural creatures since they feel this is the will of Father Manala. They have anti Manala guns which can cause a person to not be able to use their powers for a week. For rebel characters not loyal to Father Manala, they can strip them of their powers and turn them into humans. They try not to attack wealthy business people or those who help the economy in some way or another. For important political figures or the wealthy, they usually just attack them with a Manala gun so they learn not to use their powers so blatantly. For rebel characters, they imprison them and experiment on them so that they can not use powers. They even have a collar they can put on people so they can not use Manala energy.

Genetech

Genetech is a company which owns Ireland and is based in Dublin, although it has labs all over the world. They focus on Genetic engineering. They created Scrag (the leader of the Manalists), Red Leaf, as well as countless super soldiers which are sold to companies to serve in private armies. Genetech soldiers all have white hair and wear white jackets of varying design. All soldiers are given Irish names. Genetech is working on a breeding program to create workers, which can be purchased in case of a strike or labor shortage. Genetech also creates dinosaurs, genetically engineered food, and new kinds of plants and animals.


Intelligent Design

Intelligent Design is a Japanese company which makes robots and mechas. The robots are generally used for private armies. Their signature robot is an arachnoid..a giant spider like robot. The robots are powered by Manala crystals, which means they try to maintain a good relationship with the Crest Mining Company. The company owns Japan and South Korea.

Sota

Sota is a Finnish company which makes androids, guns, and military vehicles. It is similar to Intelligent Design, but the designs tend to be more human looking and smaller scale. Once again, the products are fueled by Manala Crystals. Sota own Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Crest Mining

This company has a monopoly on mining Manala crystals. It is a very powerful company which owns England, Northern Ireland, South Africa, Brazil, regions in Russia, and other mining regions.


Sampo

Sampo is a company owned by Valkoinen Joki. It is seeking out energy alternatives to Manala Crystals. It is a small company, but a notable one, in that he is secretly trying to produce artificial Manala Crystals so he can compete with Calithin Crest's company. The company owns some mines for other valuable materials such as gold, silver, copper, uranium, and so on, but these things are increasingly more difficult to find.
Because of this, he owns an electron accelerator which makes gold from other less valuable metals. Valkoinen must keep much of his work a secret.


All Mart

All mart is a giant retail chain owned by Dinari Dollar. Dinari is an American who is trying to restore America.

New Objective New Objective is the Ausralian company which creates teleportation booths. The booths are the company's only product, but this product is very popular among the rich, who like to have their own private booths. The owner of the company is a man named Darwin Smith. Darwin Smith creates the booths so that they have an art deco appearance.

The Economic Council


An important council of representatives from the major powers in the world. Every company has representation on the council. The Council determines the economic policies of the world. It helps settle disputes between companies as well as generates reports on the state of the world economy.

The Government Council

so unimportant that it hardly needs to be mentioned. It consists of former world leaders/politicians. It meets and can give advice to the Economic Council, but has no real power.



Artz Lehrer Pharmaceuticals- A Company which owns parts of Southern Germany and which used to make various medicinal drugs. It has lost a lot of wealth and power due to the strict anti drug laws in the world. Medicinal drugs are still legal in parts of Germany, so the company makes a small amount of money from selling to Germans. They have a seat on the Economic Council, but aren't on good terms with the Manalists due to the fact that they create drugs.

Manala Motors A car company based in the US and owned by Jack Vega.

Demeter Delicatessen A deli chain owned by Roland Demeter and based in Greece, which he owns.


Global Bank the world's only lender. It gives loans to individuals, companies, or any party interested in a loan. The bank is run by Annette Rosenthal.

The Creditors

When people do not pay their bills, the Creditors come to beat them up, intimidate them, or in any other way get payment. The Creditors work for the Global Bank. They work for Global Bank's Department of Collections.


Center for Psychological Studies

A center in Helsinki funded by various corporations for the purpose of carrying out psychological experiments and studies. It is operated by Dr. Lonrott.



M TV Manala TV - the main TV station in the world owned by the Manalists. It features news and religious programming. It also features a lot of info mercials and commercials in general. Sometimes entire shows are based on products or companies.


Royal Dane Organics- Technically, the company is against the wastefulness of Capitalism and the evils of the Manalists, but it does have a seat on the Economic Council and it is not actively rebelling against the Manalists other than to produce green technologies.

Hong Sei Metals A company based in Beijing that mines and processes metals. It is owned by Lin Sat

TaiCo A company based in Shanghi that is owned by Li Tian and which specializes in space exploration and aeronautics.







The Russian Mafia Important in that it is the only mafia group in the world right now and plays an essential role in promoting illicit drug use in the world.


Red Infinity A secret communist organization established by Li Violette which secretly works to overthrow the Manalists.


Socialist Revolution Another small secret socialist group, this one Trotskyist, which also seeks to overthrow the Manalists. This one is made primarily of ordinary humans without powers.


Null A small German nihilist terrorist group which seeks to destroy everything.

Human Liberation Front A small band of ordinary humans, mostly Americans, who are against supernatural creatures of all sorts..and hunt them down and terrorize them with crude methods. The group is poor and lacks advanced weapons or the ability to use Manala Energy.

The Enlightened Brotherhood A group of Pacifist hippies which use drugs, especially Morning Glory, and do little more than talk about their dislike for Manalism and how enlightened they are. Their goal is spiritual understanding.

Unaffiliated Rebel Anarchists, environmentalists, feminists, and so on who work alone without a group's support, but who are against the Manalists.

New Rebel Organizations as of May 31 09

Rainbow Army

This is a militant GLBT group. It tends to be dominated by Maoists, and as such it is willing to work with Red Infinity and some members are part of both groups. It is mainly a terrorist group, but is open to other tactics like protest, art, newsletters, and so on to get their word out. The Manalists are anti gay, anti women, etc. so, this group is fighting for a better world for all people. The group sometimes disagrees due to the fact it represents so many groups of oppressed people. It tends to be dominated by gay men, which upsets Lesbians. Bisexuals often feel marginalized and unwelcome in the group. Transgendered also feel like they don’t fit in. The group was founded by a guy named Marshall X and has an actual base in Seattle. It has another chapter in San Francisco. The San Francisco group was a split from the Seattle group and is not as dominated by Maoists. Marshall X leads the Seattle Group, whereas, his ex boyfriend leads the San Francisco group. It is one of the few rebel groups based in the United States.


Black Skirt

Black Skirt is a militant feminist group. It is based in Ireland, but consists of women from all over. It tends to have an anarchist leaning, but generally, welcomes all militant feminists. They train in rural Ireland, doing their best to avoid Genetech. They exist because Manalism is a very sexist religion and women are highly exploited in the world. They are involved with terrorism, but spend much of their time training. They have a focus on self defense and actively seek to learn how to use Manala energy attacks so that they can defend themselves against the Manalists. They also try to create safe places for women who are being abused or who need medical help, especially in terms of child birth. They live communally on a farm in County Mayo, taking care of each other and training. They would like to expand to other countries, but for now, it is hard enough to avoid Genetech.


Black Bloc

Black Bloc is an anarchist group which was founded through the efforts of various anarchists. It is newly formed and does not yet have a base of operation, although it will likely be based in Paris, in the home of Salome Weil.



Kampf

This is a Nazi rebel group based in Germany and funded and founded by Frederick Rommel. They believe that the world is secretly controlled by Jews, and their proof of this is the fact that Ariel Tal Shachar is the Moderator. They are based in Berlin, where Rommel lives, but they also have a small group and base in Idaho, United States. They are racist, sexist, homophobic, anti semitic, anti Manalist, and mostly Christian.
