The world has one currency, which is called a Rand. The Rand is based off of the South African currency called the Rand.
The first Moderator (that is the one before Ariel Tal Shachar) was from South Africa. She determined that the world currency should be called the Rand and the Economic Council approved this.
Rand bills are off white with red ink print. The print depicts scenes and figures related to Manalism. The First Master appears on the 100 Rand bill.
The now dead Moderator from South Africa appears on the 50 Rand bill.
However, paper currency is not used as often as Labor Cards, which serve as a passport, an ID, and a banking account where money from a person's job is directly deposited.
Rand prices are similar to dollar prices as of May 2008.
The symbol for the currency is an R. Although some people use the $ and the meaning is still understood.
