Appearance:Jose is a mature looking man but doesn’t appear to be in his late thirties. His face has still a rather charming and youthful look to it. His face however does have the appearance of having not enough sleep, having many times stayed up working. His face seems to be friendly though despite having the appearance of exhaustion setting in. He seems to always have either a melancholy peaceful look upon his face, a look of extreme content. His facial hair is usually well kept and organized.
Personality: Jose is silent and reserved around those he doesn’t know. This makes him seem a bit of an anti-social feel about him but he’s like this solely because of the Social Anxiety, however he’s trying really hard to overcome it. Because of his silence he often just sits back and observes everyone else and thinks about everything within his perception. However he won’t share his opinions with strangers or new acquaintances unless asked or they venture onto a topic he feels really strongly about.
Around people he trusts he’s far more personable and upbeat. He acts very selfless in relation to those he trusts and often goes out of his way to live up to their expectations or help them. This however does mean he tends to neglect himself and his own well being. As well he’ll try to inform and divulge his people of his opinions and his knowledge if they speak about any topic he knows something interesting on.

Joseph Ponce was born to a Mexican family in what was formerly the state of Chihuahua prior to the full dissolution of political boundaries. His parents being of lower middle class encouraged Jose to be ambitious and succeed. They would push him to do things and as a result Jose tried, but not so for his sake but for his parents. He did enjoy reading and writing but in a laid back style he would do these things until his parents pushed him. In his reading binges he discovered a fictional book about space. The book amazed him so much he endeavored to learn about space and then decided he would find to see it himself.
In school the kids did not understand him spending so much time in books and tended not to include him in their activities. So Jose mostly kept to himself and decided he would isolate himself too if they would seclude him. However in the times where Jose felt like socializing with people he met limited success often feeling awkward and out of place in trying to talk with large groups of people. He had only a few noteworthy people he could call friends. He strained hard to help his friends and hopefully not lose them.
With the lack of socializing Jose saw fit to only read books in seclusion. He read everything he could as well and became engrossed in the ideas of physics and its possibilities to help him in his goal to go into Space. He decided he would study Physics in hopes of dining a way into space. So he began a self-motivated course to study physics. But even so he found along the way another subject that would engross him, that being philosophy and politics. And in time he found himself convinced by the ideals of Marx in his works. And he began to agree with them more and more and eventually declared himself a Marxist. He had been set in his purpose and beliefs making theories on things from Physics to Marxism. His intent to study Physics followed him into College.
Jose attended University in England and in his interests of physics brought him to meet a man named Isvara who he found himself in agreement with despite however being a different ideological belief. Jose pledged to help Isvara in his efforts and goals.
When Isvara began his company Graviga, he asked Jose to join and Jose found himself obligated to help. Jose still extremely Left urged Isvara to try and institute as much democracy and profit-sharing with his employees in his company, which Isvara complied agreeing much of it and instituting as much as he could despite Manalists not looking favorably on such ideas.
With Graviga finally perfecting its technology in the area of anti-gravity technology Jose is helping see the company enter the world stage. Being the closest to Isvara and aware of much of the ideas he has, he is responsible for most of the technology Graviga has produced behind Isvara. Jose is eager to show off the technology he has worked on and as well to help out Isvara with his endeavors.
Despite his loyalty though, Jose is aware that perhaps his Socialist beliefs might put him in conflict with Isvara sometime in the future. He hopes that is never the case.
