Chris isn't built like a body builder, rather a 6'1" 205 lb. wrecking ball. He trains year-round to keep his weight and build the same, having acheived the perfect balance of muscle mass and body weight (205 lbs. is the heaviest weight allowed in the light-heavyweight division).
