Hector is jittery and paranoid by nature. He is somewhat of a loner and care rarely trust people. He is a very active person who rarely needs to sleep and who is hardly hungry. He enjoys playing soccer and is sometimes frustrated with the lack of energy of normal people.
story:
Hector was born in Colombia. His mother and father were Communist terrorists in the FARC. His grandmother from his mother's side was a plant person. She was a coca plant. He only has a little plant blood from her, so he can not turn into a plant and has no significant Manala powers. The only unusual thing about him is that his bodily fluids contain cocaine. Because of this, he is always a little high. He is a fast talker with fast movements. He is rarely hungry or tired. Sometimes he crashes and has to sleep for days on end, but usually he is pretty wired. He is aware of this aspect about himself, which he is indifferent about. He tries not to make it the center of his life. Instead, he focuses mostly on soccer and politics.
The FARC no longer exists in Colombia, which has been divided up by various companies. He has joined Red Infinity instead, since he is against the Manalists or any religion. He believes in Marxism and he supports Red Infinity by selling his blood for cocaine. Since coca plants have gone extinct thanks to efforts by the Manalists and The Anti Drug commission, he uses his own blood to make cocaine. He does not have the scientific know how to do this, so, he sends his blood to a lab in Moscow, where the cocaine alkaloid is processed out of it. He is paid for his blood, and uses that money to support Red Infinity, keeping some for himself. The lab is owned by the Russian mafia, which goes on to sell the cocaine. Since the Russian mafia owns the only drug labs in the world, he has to work with them and maintains a slight relationship with the mafia, though he does not consider himself to be a member.
Hector is key member of Red Infinity's South American division, which is trying to build a guerilla army in South America for the purpose of someday overthrowing the Manalists and the current economic system. He is wanted by the Manalists and the Anti Drug Commission. Thus, he moves around a lot to avoid these people. Fortunately, they are not very active in South America. However, he must sometimes travel to Russia to donate his blood to the lab and to meet with political contacts in Europe and Asia. It is when he does this that he is most vulnerable to arrest.
