story:
Horacio was born in California to parents from England who escaped to the United States to avoid the Manalists. He was born with deformaties because of the radiation in America causes birth defects. He almost died when he was a baby, but he persevered. His parents were so upset with his appearance that he was given up for adoption. However, he was never adopted. Instead he lingered in a London orphanage until he was an adult. During those years, he taught himself to read and became deeply interested in the problems facing the world. He became interested in politics, especially anarchy, and decided at the age of 18 when he could no longer live in the orphanage, to move back to the United States and try to form a movement. He now works in Florida at an Allmart garment factory, where he makes a very meager wage.
Despite this, he spends his free moments, which aren't many, writing anarchist books, pamphlets, and literature. He is trying to build an anarchist movement although he has not established a group yet. He is fine with working with socialists as well, since he is an anarcho communist. Since there is no government in the world, his concern isn't government as much as it is economic justice.
Many anarchists have read his books, but none have met him. No one in the movement knows how he looks. They just know he is an intelligent man who lives and works in America.
