Appearance: Niilo has light blue hair with is shaggy and often unwashed. He has small yellow eyes and bushy blue eyebrows. He is a little shorter than average and usually wears a blue vest, gray pants, black boots, and a white shirt. He doesn't often change his clothes, so he wears this outfit for days at a time. He doesn't like to shower so he is sometimes smelly.

Niilo is somewhat lazy and apathetic. He spends most of his time doing drugs, getting drugs, or talking about spirituality while
on drugs. He doesn't like to work or participate in the system. He is often angry about injustices in the world, but his complaining
rarely results in any action. He is individualistic, arrogant, and intelligent, but also very sloppy, tired, and lazy. He can talk for hours about astrology, numerology, drugs, or spirituality. He likes to sleep in late. He has a sadistic streak and sometimes finds pleasure in hurting or upsetting people. He has a strange obsession with numbers and often talks about numbers and math as if they are part of a larger spiritual truth.

Niilo is the reincarnation of a God named Ukko. Ukko was killed by Father Manala, who is actually Keitoleinen. After Ukko died
he returned to the world as Niilo. Niilo was born to a single mother who was a struggling waitress in Helsinki. She worked very
hard to support her son, even spending money to send him to school. Niilo was never very appreciative of this and dropped out of high school. After that, he decided to hitchhike across Europe to try to find spiritual enlightenment. During his travels, he met the
forest demon Attis, and the two of them becoame friends. They decided to found a new spiritual movement called the Enlightened
Brotherhood. The Enlightened Brotherhood is a group of spiritual people who are against the Manalists but believe that the best
action is no action at all. They belive that if they act as rebels, they will only make the world worse, so, they are practicing
inaction. So, the movement is based on inaction and trying to find peace and happiness within onesself. The movement also believes
that Enlightenment can be accomplished through the use of drugs. Members of the group often live together and use drugs heavily.
This is supposed to give them wisom. For the most part, it doesn't seem to give them wisdom, but does seem to give them troubles
with the Anti Drug Commission.
Niilo now lives in Helsinki in an apartment shared with Attis, Walden, and Niilo's girlfriend Danika. The apartment is a meeting place for the Enlightened Brotherhood, where they often go to use red leaf that they have obtained. Niilo has a dependency problem with drugs and has some ties to members of Null and the Mafia so that he can get drugs for the Enlightenment.
Niilo is frequently unemployed, but is very skilled at mooching at people so he doesn't have to work. He is against the Manalists
but won't fight them because of his apathy. Despite his apathy, he is very powerful and has the power to control numbers. He
rarely uses his powers though. Niilo is not aware that he is the reincarnation of a God. He believes that his powers come from
his spiritual awareness. Because he isnot aware that he is a god, he has no interest in fighting Keitoleinen or doing anything
