Weapon His main weapon is a beautifully carved katana but he keeps a handgun and an MPT-9K submachine gun under his coat.
Appearance: Standing at about 5"9, Ceph has a black bobbed haircut and is always wearing clothes of the matching color. His irises are a blood red, signifying his demon heritage. His main outfit includes a leather trench-coat.
After the Rome incident, he has changed his appearance. His hair is now a teal color and his woredrobe consists of an orange shirt, a fur hooded jacket, white pants, and black boots. His face and stature are the same..
Personality: Not the social type, though he isn't above talking to other people. Ceph often makes himself appear cold hearted and presents himself as completely neutral to most situations. However, in truth, he has a deep sense of justice but no morals that hold him back from his job as an assassin.
Story: A demon man with no particular background. Ceph began working for the Manalists as an Invisible Hand Assassin. Being one of the best in the organization, he was often the talk of local gossip or even urban legends. Many assassinations were his work.
One day, however, Cephrien disappeared from the Invisible Hand and reappeared as a Rogue months later. Because of his current actions against them, He has been branded a traitor and is a wanted man.
Cephrien now secretly works with a woman named Li Violette, helping her to achieve her goal of creating a new Government.
He has no political beliefs.
He just doesn't like the Manalists.
