Lucern Switzerland is where the headquarters for Global Bank is located. The main office for the World Economic Council is also located in Lucern.

Global Bank
Head quarters for Global Bank is a large mostly black building with pink and gray details on it. Around the headquarters is both a force field and a barb wired wall. Beyond the wall, there is a river around the building (which is man made). On the river are imported black swans.
In front of the building is an apple orchard for decoration.
The building is where Annette Rosenthal's office is located. It is also where the Creditors work and live.
