Insurgence is an Original RPG based in a world where the fiction of our Comic Books and the real world have collided. Superheroes once changed the course of history, but recently, the actions of a lone individual have doomed them all to a simple choice: submit or rebel. Those who refuse to expose themselves and become tools of their government are branded renegades and criminals. The Department of Mutant Affairs hunts them, locks them away, or worse. The Resistance however, has a simple mantra: Evade, Organize, Resist.
