A full body suit of kevlar and similar carbon fiber materials. Altogether it's light weight and offers solid, overall protection against damage. However, it does not offer nearly as much protection as tank armor or heavier types of armor.
Very few people know what Darian actually looks like beneath the suit's mask as most of them are killed before being able to tell the tale.
Personality: Darian is very straight forward and jaded in all aspects. Growing up in a world that automaticly hated and despised his mere existence, he has no sympathy for his victims. More robotic in behavior then anything else, he exists to kill and does not see himself as anything more then a weapon; his masters being the ones to pull the trigger on someone's death. Darian is normally distrusting of everyone who isn't involved directly with the temple and even more suspicious of technology; secretly fearing that he like his weapon of choice, will be replaced by a more superior assassin.
He comitts himself one hundred percent to the task at hand, pushing himself past the normal threshold for humans. There is very little that can break his will from this extreme devotion which is mostly directed to serving the Manala church; the ones who gave him a purpose and reason for existing in spite of the hatred the world showed him. Still, one has to wonder if somewhere deep down if there is a normal human being left...
Story: Darians' birth and overall his entire childhood, has been filled with nothing but misery and pain. Even when he was first born, his pressence was simply to unnerving for the doctors who ACTUALLY suggested that he be aborted. He did not socialize well, most of the other kids going out of their way to make him miserable also due to the unnerving pressence he had around them which worsend over time, but he still managed to push forward.
His parents seemed the only ones even remotely capable of caring about him and did their best, one of the few saving graces in his life before being murdered before his very eyes; Darian was spared, but only because the assailant was rendered unable to even look at him from the immense disgust Darian exuded. He was then later adopted by a religious sect that would later become one of the most powerful entities in existence and brought up under the creed of a Father Manala.
He was raised to be an assassin and as such, grew detatched to his emotion as time passed. Taught only to care about himself and completing his mission, Darian became firmly loyal to the manala priests as he carried out missions to assainate important religious figures who threatend the temple such as the pope and many others- well before reaching his teenaged years.
Darian was fully comitted to serving the temple and carrying out it's requests, never once faltering in his judgement as the world finally started to change. Darian only got better as more and more governments and religions fell at his feet. He was among the first in his field of expertise to be given an experimental sniper rifle, designed specificly to take out targets protected by shields, or powerful creatures such as Dragons or even to pierce the armor of a tank (later recalibrated to pierce mecha armor).
Darian now also occasionally works for The Economic Council via The Invisible Hand who in return, gives him an excellent credit score. He serves the Manalists first though, but he lives to kill and routinely takes jobs for The Invisible Hand whenever he isn't on a mission for his Manalist masters.

- Marksmanship: Darian, perhaps is one of the best snipers in living history. His dedication to the art of assaination has led him to reach an almost inhuman level of accuracy by using techniques to improve his accuracy. That is not to say he ALWAYS hits his target; there is a small margin of error that while very unlikely, is still possible and capable of causing him to miss- such as the target moving unexoectedly or something getting in the way of his shot.
- Martial Arts: In an attempt to keep himself flexible and ready for anything, Darian has also comitted himself to studying under the art of self defense or martial arts to make himself an excellent hand to hand combatant; his skill however, pales in comparison to his skill with a firearm.
- Tracking: Part of an assaination involves first finding your target. Needless to say, Darian has comitted to this aswell and with various technological add-ons, he's very difficult to lose indefinately.
- Stealth: Before he got his optic-camoflauge suit, Darian was taught how to be as silent and undetectable as possible. This ranges from different techniques on distributing weight and controlling breathing, but also keeping a low profile in general in areas rarely looked at; very few people would be watching their backs if their leader is giving a speech right? Still, even with his optic-camo suit, Darian keeps his stealth skills up to par just incase.
- Knowledge of pressure points: The human body has various locations that can be exploited by precise strikes. While highly effective against human or roughly similar lifeforms, this knowledge is useless against vastly more different creatures such as Dragons or androids.
- Knowledge of Anatomy: Similar to his knowledge of pressure points, Darian aims to kill and even without a bullet, knows where and how to hit someone to take them out quickly.
- Peak human condition: Darian's training has kept him in tip top shape and is at the highest level any normal human can reach. His senses and reflexes are highly accute, and his stamina and strength are tops. It just goes to show you what a person can accomplish if they set their mind to it.
Weaknesses: - Pariah: Darian projects an aura of unnease and unnaturalness that completely unnerves living creatures, but is downright painful and lethal to psychic beings. More of a curse due to the fact that most born with this defect are killed at a young age because of the aura they project, his mere pressence is enough to unnerve those around him. It is this defect that Darian has also earn him the alias of "soulless".
- Still mostly human: Despite the genetic defect, Darian is still mostly human and as such bleeds and feels pain like any other human.
- Superstitious: Darian is wary of technology and science in general these days (aside from his gear). Part of the reason comes from the fear of being replaced by a machine or Genetech soldier. He has no problems using firearms or his camo suit, but is still uneasy around Genetech, Sota, Intelligent Design, or Creditors.
- Single minded: When Darian sets his sights on a target, there is very little anyone can do to change his mind. Accomplishing his mission is all that matters and if he is ordered to kill you, it would be easier to just relocate to another planet.
Powers (The last one is not a power he himself uses, but should still be mentioned) - "Soulless": A genetic defect that renders Darian completely and indefinately invisible to any and all psychic beings. A seemingly new and rare gene that makes Darian perfect for assassinating noteably powerful psychic beings; it also seemingly makes him completely immune to psychic energy and makes it impossible for psychics to effect his mind in any way. While a gift in the eyes of his masters, as aforementioned it is mostly a curse that forces Darian to exist alone...
- Cloaking: His optic-camo suit is a marvel of technology that allows the user to blend in with their surroundings. Similar to a chameleon, the suit bends light around itself so that it becomes completely invisible to the naked eye; however, there still exist technological methods of detection, but thanks to his genetic defect, there are few supernatural means of finding him.
Weapons: - Exitus Rifle: An experimental high powered sniper rifle designed by SOTA specificly for killing a target with a single shot hence it's name which is latin for "death." Showing great promise at the time, the project was later abandoned for manala crystal powered weapons leaving a very few of these death dealing weapons left in existence.
The shells themselves are made of reinforced tungsten, making them very dense and very difficult to defend against; capable of punching a hole through a tank, energy shields fare no better as the shells rip through them with ease. The Exitus has an added feature that allows it to do more damage for a period of time, but causes the rifle to overheat if used for to long. - Exitus Pistol: A high calibur pistol that does far more damage then a typical firearm which gives Darian a valuable weapon for short range situations where a sniper's rifle would not do.
- Combat Knife: If the target must be eliminated, but discreetly, then a simple knife to the neck will accomplish that goal.
