China is divided in half between two companies. The southern portion of the country is owned by TaiCO, a company which is involved in space exploration, space crafts, rocket science, etc. The company is based in ShangHai, but also has offices and labs in Hong Kong and Taiwan. After the collapse of Communism in China, the company TaiCo was able to consolidate power thanks to help from the Economic Council and the Manalists. The owner of this company is Li Tian.
Northern China is not owned by a single company, but portions are owned by Crest Mining and other companies. Aside from those, the largest single land owner in Northern China is Hong Se Metals...which was formerly a state owned steel company combined with a few smaller state owned companies. It deals with mining and producing steel, iron, coal, and a few other minerals. The owner of Hong Se is Lin Sat, who had a leadership role in the Communist government of China and is a supporter of Red Infinity.
