This is an area where you can post things that do not impact the main story. Just make a new thread in the appropriate country or region board above if you are interested in posting here, or reply to a pre existing thread.
This is a good opportunity to post things in the past, post with people you normally wouldn't post with, or just post recreationally things that do not impact the main story.
This is a way for your character to post with more people on the site and deviate from the main things going on in the world.
These posts should take place in the past, future, or near present, in dreams, imagination, etc... but can not be taking place at the same time as things going on in the main story.
