Where: Where in the specific location (e.g. Finland, France, England, etc) that the post takes place. It can be as specific as an upstairs office at Global Bank, in Lucern, Swizerland, or, more vague, such as walking down the street in London, England.
When: When does the post take place? It can take place in the past, near present (as in a few days, weeks ago but before events currently going on in the Main Story), future...in a dream, hallucination, or alternative time line.
