In this heart of darkness
All hope lies lost and torn
All flames, like love, is fleeting
When there's no hope anymore
Pain and glory, hand in hand
A sacrifice, the highest price
Dark and desolate, the lands of Eryth, Kadmus, and Sylvernas live under the tyrannous rule of a dreaded presence known as "The Dark One." The Dark Empress and her minion, including the Knight Kings, grow and gather power with each passing day, spreading fear across the realm. Very few nations have avoided being conquered, but how long can they hold out against such an ominous and dangerous threat?
There is an unspoken whisper, something made of mist and legends, about salvation. A single girl with the power of the mighty gods themselves. Who is this Veil Maiden, and how can one mere woman stand against such horrible powers of the Darkness? As war erupts across vast continents, will you have the strength and knowledge to withstand the tides of darkness, or will you join their blood-thirsty ranks?
